DRC Service Health Check

/openapi/v2.0/drc/health
Real-time control service liveness probe. Used by O&M platform, load balancers, and monitoring/alert chains to determine whether service can still provide external capabilities. Does not return any business data — uses only whether response is code=0 to determine service readiness. This API is recommended for infrastructure layer calls only; business should not depend directly.
