Request Cloud Control Authorization (Initiated to Remote Controller)

POST

/openapi/v2.0/drc/api/v1/projects/{uuid}/cloud_control_auth

Cloud user initiates cloud control authorization request to remote controller side; remote controller holder approves/rejects on device. This API immediately returns authorization request's business trace ID (bid); authorization result is asynchronously pushed by device callback, not synchronously returned in this API. Different from "Directly Occupy Cloud Control Authority" (POST /cloud_controls): this API uses "Request-Approve" flow; used in scenarios where remote controller is present (A/B Control holds authority) and requires human approval.
