Update Project Device Shadow Configuration

Like the "Update Organization Device Shadow Config" interface, this is also a device shadow config push, but the scope is the project (devices joined into the project). Common use cases are the same as the "Update Organization Device Shadow Config" interface — night navigation lights, follow-me mode, dock air conditioning, fill light brightness, etc. Differences between the two interfaces:

Authentication method: The "Update Organization Device Shadow Config" interface uses "organization + control authority" authentication (sensitive properties require holding control authority first); the "Update Project Device Shadow Config" interface uses "project member" authentication, no longer verifying control authority, but requires the device to be directly bound to the project (no topology backtracking).

Side effects: After a successful push, the "Update Project Device Shadow Config" interface triggers a flight record notification (used for playback/audit of flight task-related properties); the "Update Organization Device Shadow Config" interface does not trigger this. Semantic notes: The state array is pushed serially in array order (devices do not support concurrent commands); failure of a previous desired interrupts subsequent ones, this is not an atomic transaction. Successful acceptance of the push is considered request success; actual effect is subject to the device response. Parameter values: The key set and value range of state[].desired are the same as the "Update Organization Device Shadow Config" interface; the complete list is subject to the SDK documentation for the corresponding model.

Permission requirements: Project members can operate, no need to hold control authority over the device.
