Create Airborne-Dispatched Wayline Task

POST

/openapi/v2.0/drc/api/v2/projects/{project_id}/flight-tasks/in-flight-way-line-task

When aircraft is already airborne executing a task, temporarily dispatch a new wayline for continued flight (no need to return home first); commonly used for dynamic task adjustment, patrol path switching, emergency redispatch, and other scenarios. After dispatch, server persists task and immediately pushes wayline command to aircraft.
