Query Current Organization Bypass Transcoder List

/openapi/v2.0/manage/api/v1.0/stream-converters
Query all C2C bypass stream transcoders under current organization (identified by X-Organization-Key).
Channel parameter format: {sn}_{camera_index}. Three filter combinations supported:
No channel: returns all transcoders for the organization
channel={sn}: filter by device SN
channel={sn}_{camera_index}: filter by SN + camera index
channel=_{camera_index}: filter by camera index only (cross-device)
